Had some help from Arnie, but I have managed to get my thoughts and a rough guide down on paper (albeit electronically).
I'll try and dump them somewhere online so they are free to access, but if anybody wants a copy drop me a comment here with your contact address. I will not publish any comments and will delete them after the guide is sent.
